8 Adventures To Have in Your 20s..

Of course, age should never limit you, but sometimes life can..

Your 20s are the perfect time to do crazy things that you won’t regret – be young, be free and  be A D V E N T U R O U S..

My Bucket List is constantly growing – and with my best friend and my passport, I plan to achieve a lot of it before I turn 30!

1. A Sailing Trip

I think sailing is such a great way of discovering new places..

The combination of the freedom, the peacefulness of the ocean and brilliant company, makes for one hell of an adventure! And with SO many b-e-a-utiful islands around the world, we’re spoilt for choice really!

2. Live/Work/Volunteer Abroad

We’re extremely lucky that living & working abroad is very accessible and there are opportunities just about everywhere in the world!

SO – no excuses! Some ideas:

  • Do a Ski Season in France
  • Volunteer at an Elephant Sanctuary in Thailand
  • Apply for internships in New York
  •  Wildlife conservation in South Africa
  • Do a TEFL course and teach English in South America
  • Become a holiday rep in Malia/Ibiza/Zante

3. Party in Ibiza..

Not only would Ibiza be amazing to work in, but it’s the party capital of the world and holidaying here would definitely be a unique adventure as well!

I headed out to Zante last summer with a group of 7 friends and I had the TIME OF MY LIFE ♥

If I could, I’d be on a plane heading out there tomorrow because I had the best time ever and cannot wait to do it all again one day!

Sip cocktails on the beaches during the day, followed by partying at world-famous clubs until 6am.. (not for the faint hearted)

4. Backpack through South East Asia

South East Asia appeals to me SO much – mostly due its incredibly gorgeous landscapes and I am dying to visit!

There is so much to see and do throughout SE Asia – the Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan, surfing in Bali, visiting Angkor Wat in Cambodia or sip cocktails in Kuala Lumpur.. A great trip for the adventurous!

5. Head to Glastonbury Festival

The mother of all music festivals and the muddiest place in the UK, I think Glastonbury is probably on most people’s Bucket Lists..

There is nowhere that’ll make you feel more young and free than a music festival!

6. Roadtrip to as many of the 50 states as possible..

Hop on Route 66 with a good bunch of friends and you will undoubtedly have a bloody good time!

With so many infamous landmarks, the U S of A has to be travelled to! The Empire State in New York, the Grand Canyon in Arizona, the Hollywood sign in LA and the strip of Las Vegas – they all have to be seen!

7. Travel to Australia

Right at the top of many Bucket Lists, is the country that will offer one of the best adventures out there..

Snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef, Sailing the Whitsundays and relaxing in Byron Bay are some of the top things to do in Oz!

It’ll be a long flight, but undoubtedly worth it, as life down under is famously

E P I C.

8. City-Hop in Europe..

Europe is absolutely packed full of gorgeous cities, all with diverse cultures and different landmarks..

Interrailing is a great way to see as much of Europe as possible, from Amersterdam to Prague, Paris to Barcelona – try and fit as much as you can into a month!

Are there any adventures you would add? Or any of these that you’ve been on? I’d love to know!

Hope you’ve enjoyed reading!
